Peter Dawes

Peter Dawes has established a strong background in investment banking, currently serving in the M&A group at Lincoln International since November 2025, focusing on business services. Prior to this role, Peter was involved in middle market M&A with a Benelux emphasis at Livingstone from September 2023 to November 2025. Earlier experience includes a summer analyst position at Exor N.V. in 2022, where responsibilities spanned both public and private equity fund management. Peter's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial and Commercial Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Laws from Northeastern University, complemented by studies at Durham University.
