Diane M. Mccarthy

As the chief financial officer for the Lincoln Investment Companies, Diane brings more than 25 years of broad financial, strategic and management experience to her role. Before joining Lincoln Investment in 2018, Diane spent time as the senior vice president, CFO Insurance Solutions at Voya where she led the finance function for the Individual Life and Employee Benefits business lines. Diane also worked at Lincoln Financial as the Retirement Solutions head of Strategy and Profitability management. She was also the CFO and chief administrative officer for Lincoln Financial Distributors where she directed all financial reporting and planning functions, incentive compensation programs and distribution technology development. Diane is a graduate of LaSalle University with a B.S. in accounting. She holds a FINRA Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal) registration.
