Kathy Leckey

Kathy joined Lincoln Investment in 2020 as chief of staff to President and CEO Ed Forst and was promoted to chief operating officer in 2022 to further support the business with a defined lens on the client and advisor experience. Kathy has a reputation for building best-in-class leadership teams, and is responsible for leading organizational strategy, including operations and service, project management, the virtual sales assistant program and human resources. With more than 25 years in financial services, Kathy has held leadership roles at Prudential, Lincoln Financial Distributors, Metlife Investors and Equitable. She is a graduate of LaSalle University with a BS in business administration and earned an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
