Pmp® Kathy Wilson

Kathy Wilson, PMP®, has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and marketing. Kathy currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Lincoln Investment since April 2021. Prior to Lincoln Investment, Kathy worked at Prudential Financial from February 2019 to April 2021, where they held the role of Director Strategic Initiatives. In this role, they oversaw and directed the planning and implementation of multiple projects and programs across the organization.

Before Prudential Financial, Kathy had a long tenure at Lincoln Financial Distributors from 2005 to 2019. During their time there, they held various roles such as AVP, Project Management; Senior Project Manager, Retirement Solutions Distribution; Senior Consultant, Marketing - Strategic Solutions & Partner Marketing; and Marketing Manager. In their roles, they provided strategic direction, managed projects, collaborated with advisory councils, and developed and implemented best practices for the advisor experience.

Prior to their tenure at Lincoln Financial Distributors, Kathy worked at The Hartford as a Marketing Manager, where they managed a team and oversaw marketing campaigns for variable annuity product lines. Kathy also worked at The Goddard School as a Media Buyer, where they created and implemented marketing campaigns utilizing different media platforms. Kathy Wilson, PMP®, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1996. Kathy then pursued further education by enrolling in a Graduate Level Certificate Program in Marketing Strategy for Business Leaders at Cornell University, from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Kathy holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, obtained in March 2023. Kathy has also obtained certifications in Series 26, Series 6, and Series 63, with completion dates in 2010 and 2002.
