Steve began working at Lincoln Investment in 2008. As senior vice president, Human Resources, Steve is responsible for all human resources functions, including employment, employee relations, welfare programs and organizational development. Steve has more than 25 years of human resources management experience in financial services and high-tech manufacturing industries for companies such as AEGON/Transamerica and SmithKline-Beckman. Steve is active in the Society for Human Resources Management, and has been a finalist for Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year.
