James M. Neis

James M. Neis is a Life Trustee at Lincoln Park Zoo and a former Senior at Deloitte. James joined Deloitte in 1974 and left in 1977. During their time at Deloitte, James learned how to run an audit team and how to read financial statements. James also learned the importance of visiting the cash in the bank and reading the opinion, footnotes, income statement, and balance sheet.

James M. Neis attended DePaul University, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Juris doctor. Afterward, they attended DePaul University College of Law, where they studied Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
