Nicholas Durbin

Nicholas Durbin has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Nicholas started at CBRE in 2007 as an Operating Engineer and stayed there until 2013. Nicholas then joined Fifth Street Management Company, LLC as a Lead Engineer from 2013 to 2019. After that, they worked at Capital City Mechanical Services, Inc. as a Service Technician from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Nicholas is employed at Lincoln Property Company Atlanta, where they started as a Lead Operating Engineer in 2020 and is now serving as the Chief Operating Engineer since August 2022.

Nicholas Durbin's education history includes several educational experiences. In 2010, they obtained their EPA Refrigeration Certification from Esco Institute, specializing in Refrigeration. After that, in 2016, they attended Chattahoochee Technical College for a short period and received an ACT Diploma in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, Nicholas completed their Facilities Maintenance Administrator degree in Building/Property Maintenance at BOMI International Institute.
