Maddie Ridder

Maddie Ridder currently serves as a Respite Case Manager at The Bridge Behavioral Health since August 2022 and has been an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since October 2021, contributing to research in the Alcohol & Social Perceptions lab. Additionally, Maddie has experience as a Teammates Mentor for Lincoln Public Schools and as a Group Fitness Coach at Lotus House of Yoga, with over four years of group fitness instruction in cycling and Yoga Sculpt. Previously, Maddie held a Marketing and Communications Intern position at the College of Arts and Sciences University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where responsibilities included managing databases and enhancing alumni and faculty communications. Other roles include Comfort Station Staff at the Country Club of Lincoln, Front Desk Staff at the YMCA, and Lead Server at Resort Lifestyle Communities, highlighting a commitment to customer service and community engagement. Maddie earned a BA in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2022.
