Sally Hollis

Sally Hollis currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Lincoln Savings Bank since June 2017 and is the Owner of Lanehaven Farms, Inc. since January 2013. Additionally, Sally has been an Advisor at The Yield Lab since January 2018. Prior to these roles, a significant tenure at John Deere spanned from May 2004 to December 2012, where various management positions included Cab/Weld Business Unit Manager and Operations Project Manager, among others. Earlier experience includes a role as Materials Management Manager and Supplier Quality Engineering Manager at John Deere from 1998 to 2003, as well as a stint as a Systems Analyst at Procter & Gamble in 1997. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa.
