Todd Boling

Todd Boling is an experienced professional in the field of water resource recovery and wastewater management, currently serving as the Superintendent of Water Resource Recovery Facilities for the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, since June 2021. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Facilities Operations Coordinator with the City of Lincoln from May 2019 to June 2021. Todd's extensive career includes nearly three decades as Wastewater Superintendent and Supervisor for the City of Norfolk, Nebraska, where responsibilities included overseeing wastewater operations, transfer stations, and landfills. Todd holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Northeast Community College.
