Kaylene Beal

Kaylene Beal is a seasoned professional in orchestra operations and music education, currently serving as the Director of Orchestra Operations at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as the Senior Manager and Manager of Orchestra Operations at Lincoln's Symphony Orchestra, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing artistic operations and managing personnel. Kaylene also holds an academic background as an Adjunct Professor of Horn at Concordia University, Nebraska, and has experience in concert production as the Production Manager for the Lincoln Crossroads Music Festival. Kaylene's educational achievements include a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance, a Master of Music in Horn Performance, and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Horn Pedagogy and Performance, all from esteemed institutions such as The University of Alabama and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
