Richard Wills

Richard Wills has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. From 1993 to 2000, they worked at Cornwall County Council as Assistant County Surveyor and later as Head of The Design Consultancy. In 2000, they moved to Lincolnshire County Council where they held various positions, including Director of Highways and Planning, Executive Director, Interim Chief Executive, and Executive Director for Environment & Economy & Monitoring Officer. Additionally, they served as a Director at the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership from 2010 to 2018. Richard also held leadership roles at Lincolnshire Co-op, Methodist International Centre Limited, Transport Connect Limited, and the Methodist Council in the Methodist Church in Great Britain. Richard has extensive experience in strategic leadership, governance, and transportation.

Richard Wills obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds, from 1975 to 1978.
