Richard Wills has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. In 2000, they moved to Lincolnshire County Council where they held various positions, including Director of Highways and Planning, Executive Director, Interim Chief Executive, and Executive Director for Environment & Economy & Monitoring Officer. Additionally, they served as a Director at the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership from 2010 to 2018.
