Rik Greig

Rik Greig has over a decade of experience in various managerial roles at Lincolnshire Co-op, including Member Engagement Manager, Retail Marketing Manager, Store Manager, Trainee Store Manager, and Supervisor, since joining the company in September 2009. From September 2018 to February 2020, Rik served as a Trustee Director for Community Lincs, contributing to the organization's strategic merger with YMCA Lincolnshire. Rik holds a BA Hons. in Marketing & Public Relations from the University of Lincoln and is currently pursuing a Senior Leader Apprenticeship Degree in Strategic Leadership at Bishop Grosseteste University, expected to be completed in May 2026.
