Danny Wyer

Danny Wyer is an accomplished professional in asset management with extensive experience in the housing sector. Currently serving as the Corporate Head of Asset Management at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership since February 2022, Danny previously held the position of Head of Asset Management at JIGSAW HOUSING LTD and GEDLING HOMES, where responsibilities included overseeing capital investment programmes, contract procurement, and financial control. Danny’s career began at LHA-ASRA Group as a Trainee Property Officer, later progressing through roles such as Project Surveyor and Investment Manager, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of project management, legislative compliance, and customer engagement throughout a career spanning over 17 years. Danny holds a Master’s Degree in Building Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Environmental Science With Physical Geography from Keele University.
