Bill Thomas currently serves as a Vetting Support Officer with Lincolnshire Police since October 2021. Prior experience includes working at RAF Coningsby in Protective Security and SRM from December 2014 to August 2022, and serving as a Counter Intelligence Operator for NATO from November 2011 to December 2014. Bill's career began in the Royal Air Force, where roles included Information and Cyber Security Specialist from January 2006 to November 2011, and Policeman from May 1990 to May 2005. Bill has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, managing a 12-personnel section in Iraq, and has a solid foundation in security operations and communication protocols developed during early education at Sanquhar Academy.
