Rachel Betts is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Lincolnshire Police since April 2022. Previously, Rachel Betts held various HR roles at G4S Policing Services from April 2012 to April 2022, including Head of Human Resources, Head of HR Shared Services, HR Adviser, and HR Resourcing & Succession Planning Manager. Before this, Rachel Betts worked in various HR positions at Lincolnshire Police from December 2008 to April 2012. Rachel Betts holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Lincoln and completed a Level 7 Executive Development Programme in partnership with Corndel and Imperial College London.
