Tara Hynes currently serves as an HR Advisor at Lincolnshire Police since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles at AAR from November 2016 to March 2024, progressing from HR Coordinator to HR Business Partner. Previous positions also include Receptionist at Total Fitness and Front of House staff at Spirit Pub Company. Tara began their career as a Care Assistant at Methodist Homes MHA. Educational achievements consist of an Associate Diploma in People Management Level 5 from Lincoln College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Leeds Trinity University. Tara's foundational education includes GCSEs and A levels from St Peter and St Pauls Catholic High School.
