Sol Arteaga

Sol Arteaga serves as the Regional Human Resources Director for the Medical Division at Lincotek since July 2023. With a robust background in human resources spanning over a decade, Sol held various roles at Datalogic from 2015 to 2019, including Human Resources Director for the Americas and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Previous experience includes Human Resources Manager positions at Astea International, Acero Precision, and EBS Healthcare, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and management. Sol holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and an MBA in Human Resources from Webster University.
