Rafael Mafra

Rafael Mafra has a diverse work experience spanning a number of different industries. Since 2016, they have been employed at the Colégio WissenHagen, where they have held the role of Administrativo/Financeiro/Marketing/Gestão de Pessoas e RH. In this role, they have been responsible for prospecting clients, managing digital marketing campaigns, creating and managing the company website, organizing events and parties, managing financial accounts, contracting and evaluating suppliers, and providing support to teachers. In 2017, they began working at New Vale Sistemas, where they held the roles of Projetos e Qualidade and Implantação e Suporte técnico. In 2018, they joined LINCROS as a Consultor de implantação. In 2019, they began working at Movidesk as an Implementation Success Manager. Finally, in 2020, they rejoined LINCROS as a Business analyst - Analista de negócios, where they are responsible for gathering customer requirements, conducting meetings with clients and leads, presenting new product features, and supporting development and product teams.

Rafael Mafra completed a Post-Graduation in Quality Management from UniCesumar in 2020, and a Processes Management degree from UNIASSELVI in 2012, both in the field of Business Administration.
