Carol Staples

Carol Staples has extensive experience in healthcare management and quality assurance, currently serving as QA/QC at Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance since October 2021. Prior roles include General Manager at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals Charity, as well as Deputy Chief Operating Officer. Carol has also provided frontline nursing support during the pandemic and held various managerial positions across several NHS trusts, including programme management and operational management roles. Educational qualifications include an RGN degree from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from Nottingham University Business School.
