Stuart Elms is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance since October 2021. Prior to this role, Stuart held multiple positions at Essex & Herts Air Ambulance from September 2010 to October 2021, including Safeguarding Lead, Caldicott Guardian & Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO), Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and Clinical Director, where responsibilities included ensuring high-quality pre-hospital care and maintaining patient confidentiality. Stuart's extensive background in emergency healthcare began with a career as a Medic in the NHS from August 1999 to August 2010, and earlier service in the Royal Marine Commandos from June 1986 to August 1999.
