Marianne Figueiredo

Marianne Figueiredo is currently the Search Administrator at Lindauer. Marianne has a long and varied work history, including positions such as Merchandise Administrator, Advancement Associate, Director of Development, Marketing and Alumni Affairs, and Co-Owner/Office Manager/Media Director. No matter what position they have held, Marianne has always been a hard worker with a passion for their projects.

Marianne’s first position was as a Merchandise Administrator with American Heritage Girls. In this role, they assisted in the development of national troop tracking software, served as the national fundraising lead, bid and proofed all national office print projects, wrote copy for social media projects and campaigns, created awards and recognition pieces, and helped to select merchandise offerings for troops. In addition to their regular duties, Marianne also led volunteer committees and negotiated contracts with vendors for AHG. Marianne held this position from September 2012 to December 2015.

After leaving American Heritage Girls, Marianne took on the role of Advancement Associate with St Ignatius of Loyola. As a founding member of the advancement committee and the staff lead for the alumni committee, Marianne was responsible for prospect management and development, writing and database management. Marianne held this position from January 2011 to December 2013.

In January 2005, Marianne began working as an independent consultant for Close To My Heart. Marianne continued in this role until December 2009.

From August 2008 to July 2010, Marianne served as the Director of Development, Marketing and Alumni Affairs for St. Gertrude Grade School. In this position, they were responsible for a variety of tasks such as alumni relations, marketing, event planning, and donor stewardship.

Marianne is also a co-owner of Lifescape Designs, LLC/Landscaping by Thomas R Weibel. In this role, they serve as the office manager and media director. Marianne has been with Lifescape Designs since January 1999.

Marianne Figueiredo holds a BA in English Literature and Business Writing from the University of Cincinnati. Marianne also has a certification in Interior Decorating from Decorating Den, and an AA in General Education from the College of Lake County. In addition, they have a certification from Decorating Den in Certified Interior Decorator (CID).

Marianne Figueiredo works with Gale Batchelder - Affiliate Principal, Maureen Huminik - Vice President, and Brandalyn Patton - Senior Search Administrator. Their manager is Deb Taft, CEO.
