Pam Reid brings Lindauer and our clients over 20 years of experience as an Executive Senior Recruiter and Researcher. With extensive familiarity of many industries, she has worked with clients in all sectors, including nonprofits, education, communications, public relations, and financial services.
Specializing in both domestic and international research and recruiting, Pam expertly develops target lists, organizational charts, competitive intelligence, and current market data. Resourceful in her work, she has created and published best practices for research and candidate pool development. Throughout the search process, Pam finds forging relationships with both candidates and clients the most rewarding part of executive search work.
With a passion for social justice, eight years ago, Pam founded, and is the Executive Director of, Dreamcatchers for the Soul Foundation, which teaches mindfulness, Qigong, Tai chi, healthy cooking, juicing, and organic gardening to underprivileged children from the ages of 4-18 years old.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Science Political Science from SUNY, along with a Masters in Metaphysical Healing from Sedona University and Masters coursework for Television Production/Certificate in Filmmaking from Brooklyn College. In 2017, she was inducted into the Broward County Hall of Fame and is a two-time nominee for the African American Achievers Award. Pam lives and works in South Florida.
