Bertha Espinosa

Bertha Espinosa is the Vice President of Expedition Sales at Lindblad Expeditions, the pioneering global leader of expedition cruises and adventure travel experiences.

In her role, she oversees all aspects of the Expedition Sales team (the company’s frontline call center) for both guests and travel professionals, group sales, air sales, customer relations, and other guest support functions. Since joining Lindblad Expeditions in 2022, her passion for developing relationships and building loyal teams has resulted in record-breaking sales outcomes and her team has continued to strengthen customer loyalty.

Espinosa is a tenured cruise industry veteran with more than 30 years of sales experience with established brands including Carnival Cruise Lines and, most recently, Crystal Cruise Lines, where she was Vice President of Guest Services for six years. She also previously held management roles at American Express and the University of Miami.
