Kathi'smost recent position is as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Revenue Management at Lindblad Expeditions, a global provider of small ship expeditions and adventure travel experiences. Prior to that, they held several leadership roles at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, including Vice President of Business Process & Transformation, Vice President of Finance for WDW Operations, Vice President of Finance for Integration and Transformation, Vice President of Revenue Management & Analytics for Asia, Vice President of Revenue Management & Analytics for Global Initiatives & Integration, Director of Finance - Global Marketing & Sales, and Director of Food & Beverage and Merchandise Pricing and Revenue Management. Kathi also has previous experience in management. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial and strategic leadership, successfully driving business transformation, improving operational performance, and achieving sales growth.

Kathi Riddle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Spanish from Oklahoma State University. Kathi also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant certified by the Oklahoma Accountancy Board.
