Kelcey Hoyt

Kelcey Hoyt is currently the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Linde. Hoyt has over twenty years of experience in corporate accounting and finance. Prior to joining Linde, Hoyt was the Vice President and Controller at Praxair, Inc from May 2002 to October 2018. While at Praxair, Hoyt was responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, SEC compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to Praxair, Hoyt worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG, LLP from September 1997 to May 2002. Hoyt began their career at Xerox Corporation in January 1991, where they held various positions in Corporate and HR Communications.

Kelcey Hoyt reports to Matt White, EVP & CFO. They work with Juan Pelaez - VP, Investor Relations, Anne Boyd - VP, Tax & Treasury, and Tamara Brown - VP, Sustainability.
