Jonathan Romick

Jonathan Romick currently serves as General Counsel at Linden Capital Partners, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan was with GEM Realty Capital for over 17 years, where responsibilities included Managing Director, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Associate at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and as a Tax Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from 1993 to 1997.
