Florina Xhabija Grosskurth

Florina Xhabija Grosskurth is an experienced professional currently serving as Co-Owner of Linden Tree Books, an independent bookstore specializing in children's literature, since September 2019. Previously, Florina was Chief of Staff in Engineering at Discord from January 2022 to January 2024 and the Owner of Go with the Flo! from June 2017 to September 2019, focusing on People Operations for companies with 10-500 employees. Earlier roles included Director of People Operations at Wealthfront Inc. and Manager of Technical Brand, Culture, and Innovation Programs at LinkedIn, among other positions.
