Tobias de Raet is an experienced Co-Managing Partner at lindenpartners, specializing in Corporate/M&A, Corporate Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. Currently, Tobias also works as a lecturer at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management teaching European/International Corporate Law for M&A Master Students. With a background in various legal roles at top law firms such as Hengeler Mueller and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Tobias brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current positions. Tobias holds a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Law and Business from the University of St. Gallen, a Dr. jur. in Law from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, and a First State Examination in Law from the University of Münster.
