Patricia Prescott began their legal career at Latimer Lee Solicitors LLP in January 2009, where they quickly rose to the position of Head of Wills & Probate. Patricia remained with the company for six years before moving to Forbes Solicitors in February 2015, where they took on the role of Head of Wills, Probate, Trusts & Tax. Patricia remained with Forbes for three years before joining Linder Myers in July 2018.

Patricia Prescott completed a Common Professional Examination (Law) and Legal Practice Course at the University of Central Lancashire. Patricia also has a Business Administration (B.A Hons) degree from the University of Hull, which they completed at Blackburn College, Lancashire.
