Sebastian Mathson Randrup

Sebastian Mathson Randrup is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and food media. Currently serving as Restaurantchef at Bjørn & Delfino since August 2022, Sebastian has also been a prominent member of the culinary team on TV 2 Danmarks' Go'Morgen Danmark since January 2017, where inspiration is shared through a wide array of televised recipes. As a cookbook author since 2006, Sebastian began writing at the age of 14, introducing young readers to cooking with "Mad uden mor." Previous roles include Restaurantchef at Mad & Kaffe from July 2019 to July 2021, where Sebastian contributed to the restaurant's revival, and Delikatesseleder at Rotunden, Meny Hellerup from August 2015 to July 2019, overseeing operations in the delicatessen department and catering services.
