Rickard Malm

Rickard Malm is a seasoned professional in the fields of architecture and project management, currently serving as Linjechef at Lindholmen Science Park since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rickard held various positions at Johanneberg Science Park AB from January 2020 to December 2023, culminating in the role of Senior projektledare. Rickard's extensive experience at HSB Göteborg spans from September 2007 to January 2020, where roles included Affärsutvecklare Nyproduktion, Chef Nyproduktion, Projektchef, and Projektledare. Earlier in Rickard's career, collaboration with Arkitektbyrån took place from September 2001 to August 2007 as a Byggnadsingenjör. Rickard holds a degree in Byggnadsingenjör, Arkitektur och samhällsplanering from Chalmers University of Technology and has also studied at Queensland University of Technology.
