Elisha Eveleigh Clipson

Child Psychologist at LINDNER CENTER OF HOPE

Dr. Eveleigh is as a child psychologist providing therapy and psychological testing for children, adolescents and families in the outpatient setting. She specializes in testing related to developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dr. Eveleigh assesses intellectual and adaptive functioning in children and adolescents.

As a therapist, Dr. Eveleigh employs cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy in working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety and adjustment concerns. She provides behavioral therapy with parent management training to address childhood behavior concerns. Dr. Eveleigh incorporates play with therapeutic techniques for younger children.

Prior to joining the Lindner Center of HOPE, Dr. Eveleigh worked as a psychologist at Dayton Children’s Hospital where she provided both therapy and psychological testing for children and adolescents. She collaborated with professionals in developmental pediatrics and worked in the Autism Diagnostic Clinic. Dr. Eveleigh taught undergraduate psychology and worked in a private practice in the Chicago area.

Dr. Eveleigh attended the Ohio State University where she completed a fellowship in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities at the Nisonger Center. She completed an internship in Columbus City Schools. Her fellowship at Daily Behavioral Health focused on child psychology and neurodevelopmental evaluations.
