Comprising key executives, including the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, the team collaborates to enhance patient care, oversee financial performance, drive research initiatives, and ensure adherence to the highest clinical standards, all while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients.
