Ian Williams

Mr. Ian Williams was appointed to the board on the 3rd of September 2021, as an Independent Non-executive Director. Mr. Williams is an experienced non-executive director and corporate advisor and was a partner of international law firms Herbert Smith Freehills and Ashurst for 20 years. Mr. Williams is a Director of ASX-listed New Hope Corporation. He is also Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee.
