Jessica’s extensive experience at Union Pacific Railroad included various director-level positions, managing HR for technology, operations, and customer services, while leading strategic initiatives and talent development for thousands of employees. Jessica began their career in marketing and sales before transitioning to human resources, holding multiple roles that equipped industry knowledge and expertise. Jessica holds a BBA in Marketing and Management Science from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
