Katie Campbell

Katie Campbell is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Lindsay Corporation since January 2021, Katie collaborates with business leaders to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and productivity. Previously, Katie worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Recruiter at TD Ameritrade, focusing on fostering positive candidate experiences and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Earlier roles include Human Resources Associate at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where support was provided to the Director of Staffing, and Office Manager at Cox/Johnson Corporation, assisting in organizing major trade shows. Katie began their career at Starbucks as a Barista and Shift Supervisor. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
