Haley Dorsey

Haley Dorsey is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at SAP since April 2025, Haley has previously held key roles at SAP LeanIX, including Senior People Business Partner and Human Resources Manager, where strategic collaboration with sales and marketing leadership was a priority. Earlier experience includes roles at Rogue Wave Software as a Human Resources Administrator, managing employee benefits and payroll, and at ZeroTurnaround as HR Admin. & Office Manager, focusing on payroll processing and employee engagement events. Haley's career began in hospitality with positions at UMass Club, Chocksett Inn, and several other establishments, complemented by an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UMass Amherst.
