Karl Bailliez

Karl is a Managing Director, and Head of Portfolio Finance at Lindsay Goldberg. Prior to joining Lindsay Goldberg, Karl served as Senior Operating Executive and the Finance Practice Leader for Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, Cerberus’ proprietary operations platform. Earlier in his career, Karl was a Director at PwC in their Deals Practice, where he advised global private equity firms and Fortune 500 corporations on transactions. He also worked in the audit group at KPMG.
