Erika Simonne Szasz

Erika Simonne Szasz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and process management within the Lindström Group since June 1997. Currently serving as the Head of Continuous Support Service Operations Europe, Erika oversees the order to cash process and develops group environmental KPIs. Previous roles included serving as Production Manager and Process Specialist at various Lindström sites, with responsibilities spanning daily production flow, quality management, and project leadership in environmental initiatives. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree and MSc in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Technical University Iasi, and is pursuing further education in Hygiene and Industrial Hygiene at Keuda, as well as Leadership Management and International Business at Aalto University.
