Juha P Mäkinen

Juha P Mäkinen has extensive experience in IT service management and operational development. Currently serving as the Head of IT, Operational Development at Lindström since June 2023, Juha previously held the position of Director at the Service Management Office at Valmet from January 2018 to June 2023, where responsibility included operational service management for IT services. Prior roles include Director and Service Manager positions within the Service Management Office at Fiskars, where process design and management were key responsibilities. Juha's career began at ICL Invia as Palvelupäällikkö/Service Manager and Technician, and further experience at Nokia expanded leadership capabilities in various IT service management roles. Juha holds a technician degree in Information Technology from Kuopion Teknillinen Oppilaitos.
