Tiina Tapionlinna

Tiina Tapionlinna serves as Senior Vice President of Services and Product Development & IT at Lindström since October 2019, overseeing global product and service development and group IT as a member of the management team. Prior to this role, Tiina held multiple leadership positions at Posti Group Oyj, including Vice President of the Home Services Business Unit, where Tiina was responsible for a team of approximately 700 professionals and P&L management, as well as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, overseeing strategy initiatives for substantial turnover. Additional experience includes roles at Microsoft and Nokia, focusing on strategy development, project management, and business performance enhancement, along with early career positions at DNA Oy and Holtron Consulting Ltd. Tiina holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and has also studied at Linköping University.
