Josef V. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and technical support. Currently serving as the IT Service Desk Manager for Lindt & Sprüngli Australia since October 2015, Josef has also held positions as IT Service Desk Manager and IT Service Desk Analyst.
