Cathy Santos

Cathy Santos is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience at Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. since July 2014. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Supply Chain – Continuous Improvement and Compliance, Cathy's role involves leading initiatives focused on quality, regulatory compliance, health and safety, and sustainability within the supply chain. Previous positions include managing seasonal supply chain planning, inbound logistics, and copack operations, along with a leadership role in the supply review process of the S&OP. Prior to Lindt & Sprüngli, Cathy worked at BD from May 2006 to July 2014, holding various roles including North America Operations Analyst and Team Lead Supply Chain Planning, where responsibilities encompassed analytics, demand forecasts, and planning strategies. Cathy holds an Honour Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
