Lise Monteith

Lise Monteith is an experienced Customer Service professional with a strong background in team leadership and customer order management. Currently serving as Customer Service Supervisor at Lindt Canada since July 2014, Lise supervises the Customer Service team and facilitates communication between internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Service Manager at High Liner Foods, overseeing a team and managing a significant budget, Customer Care Manager at Linea Marketing, and Customer Service Team Lead positions at Pfizer Consumer Health Care and Cadbury Adams, each focused on account management and customer satisfaction. Lise holds a BA in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Ryerson University and a Diploma in Industrial Food Science, along with earlier education at Sheridan College.
