Caroline Donath

Caroline Donath has built a robust career at Lindt & Sprüngli since March 2019, progressing from Retail Operations Assistant to Sales Operation Manager Retail. Prior to this, Caroline gained experience as a Retail Operations Working Student and Sales Operation & Retail Management Intern at Lindt & Sprüngli from May 2018 to January 2019. Earlier, Caroline worked as a Promotional Representative for Randstad between November 2014 and June 2017, promoting Stenden University of Applied Sciences at vocational training fairs and school visits in Germany. Academically, Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Valencia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from Stenden, with initial studies in Economics at Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences. Caroline completed high school education with Abitur at Theresianum Gymnasium Mainz.
