Ioanna Gkatsi

Ioanna Gkatsi is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as a Quality Specialist in International Operations at Lindt & Sprüngli since January 2023, Ioanna previously held the position of Product Development Manager at Innutri AG from April 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Ioanna worked as an R&D Product Technologist at Unilever, where responsibilities included laboratory and pilot plant experimental work as well as collaboration with brand teams like Magnum, Cornetto, and Ben & Jerry's. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Quality Assurance Officer at Roche and as an intern in quality assurance and control at Nestlé and Unilever. Ioanna holds a Master's degree in Qualité des Produits et Sécurité Alimentaire from ENSAT and a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the Agricultural University of Athens.
