Anthony Martelli

Anthony Martelli is the current CEO of Lindvest Properties Limited. Prior to their current position, Anthony served as the Chief Operating Officer of LIV Communities from August 2014 to August 2016. In this role, Anthony was responsible for designing and implementing business strategies that promoted performance and growth throughout the organization. Anthony also directed all aspects of low-rise and mid-rise residential development projects, from acquisition and development to sales and marketing, contracts, house construction, customer service, and warranty.

In addition to their work at LIV Communities, Anthony has also been an advocate for productive communication that enhances information flow and efficiencies within organizations. Anthony is a strong believer in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members using a supportive and collaborative approach. These skills have helped him create policies and procedures that support high performance expectations and continuous improvement, while also developing and maintaining a customer-focused culture.

Anthony Martelli completed an Honours Degree in Environmental Studies at York University. Anthony then went on to complete a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Architecture at Humber College.
