Charles Chen

Charles Chen possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and project leadership across the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of China Operation - Supply Chain and Sr. NPI Manager at Yamaha Guitar Group since 2008, Charles Chen is responsible for overseeing new product introductions and ensuring alignment with production targets. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Manager, Supply Chain at Line 6, where management of US to Asia product design transfers was a key focus. At ATIO System, Charles Chen successfully led OEM/ODM projects in the industrial automation field as a Sr. Project Manager. Initial career stages included a Sales Engineer position at Scientronics, establishing relationships with OEM customers. Charles Chen holds a BS in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego, a Project Management Certificate from UCLA Extension, and a Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from MITx.
