Mahnhee began their career as a Product Manager of Online Payment Service at Neowiz, where they pioneered the introduction of payment tools and achieved revenue growth through UX renewal/optimization projects.

Mahnhee Cho attended Seoul National University from 1998 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration.
